Refunds for the deposit on makeup services are only offered if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment.
Once your mobile makeup application appointment is booked, please give me a quick call to confirm your location for the makeup application. If I don’t receive confirmation before your scheduled time, your appointment will be canceled. All travel fees are already included in your service package, whether you’re looking for natural makeup or soft glam makeup.
If I arrive at your home for your mobile makeup application and you are not ready, I allow a 10‑minute grace period. After 10 minutes, I will leave the premises, whether you are seeking natural makeup or soft glam makeup.
